The map grew to 86 entries backed by 164 documented source links across 16 sources, including new work connecting patient language directly to specialist routes.

The app build is underway. Sign-in is live at app.bearings.health, and every code change now passes automated privacy and safety checks before it can ship.

We corrected the map count on this page. An earlier number here overstated it, so the counters now come straight from the map workbook and nowhere else. Undersold beats oversold.

The map more than doubled in a month: 69 entries backed by 136 documented source links, with 11 new sources ranging from peer-reviewed studies to patient communities and the VeDA registry survey.
